Where is Bet Buzz licenced?

We are licensed through the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission (NTRWC). We operate out of Darwin, Australia, servicing Australian residents.

Can I Bet on Sport Live?

We do not currently offer live, in-play betting.

My Account

Face ID

Step 1: Ensure Face ID is set up on your iPhone in Settings > Face ID & Passcode.

Step 2: Enable Face ID for app access in the same section, including iPhone Unlock, Apple Pay and App Store where needed.

How do I Verify my ID?

ID verification at signup is automatic via Green ID. If needed, we can verify manually in Live Chat using at least two forms of ID (for example Driver's License, Passport, Medicare Card).

How do I Verify my Card?

This should happen automatically when depositing by debit card. If needed, send an image in Live Chat showing your name, expiry and last 4 digits.

Forgotten Username or Password

On the Log In screen choose Forgot Password, enter your email and follow the reset link sent to you.

Do you have a Bet Buzz App for Iphone/Andriod?

Yes. Download our app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and leave us a review.

Can I open an account on behalf of someone else?

No. You must only operate an account in your own name and registered to you.

How do I close (deactivate) my account?

Go to My Account > Responsible Gambling to take a break, self-exclude or deactivate. You can also contact support via Live Chat, email, or call 08 7913 7128.

What’s the maximum amount I can deposit?

The maximum deposit is $50,000. Please only deposit within your means.

Withdrawals

How long does it take to Withdraw from my Bet Buzz account?

We process withdrawals at 11am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and 11am on Saturdays. Arrival time may vary from instant to 2 business days depending on your bank.

How do I withdraw funds?
