- allowing customers to self-exclude (temporarily or permanently);
- allowing customers to block themselves from their account;
- providing Responsible Gambling information and messages;
- training staff to identify and respond to red flag behaviours;
- referring at-risk customers to support services; and
- compliance with legislated responsible gambling obligations.
