GENERAL TERMS and PROMOTIONAL TERMS

1 GENERAL

Bet Buzz is the trading name of MintSports Pty Ltd (ABN 65 665 918 543). MintSports holds a Sports Bookmaker Licence with Licensing NT and is regulated by the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission (NTRWC). MintSports complies with relevant industry codes of practice including the NT Code of Practice for Responsible Service of Online Gambling 2019 and other applicable requirements.

The terms and conditions consist of these General Terms together with MintSports Privacy Policy, Promotional Terms and Conditions, Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct and Betting Rules. By opening an account, accessing or using the website or services, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time.

To open an account you must be 18 years or older, use the account personally, not be prohibited from betting, and not be excluded or self-excluded from gambling.

2 YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS A MEMBER

You must keep all account details accurate and current, only use services lawfully in permitted jurisdictions, and must not mask your location (including VPN use where prohibited). MintSports may suspend or close accounts where prohibited jurisdiction, masking, compliance or integrity concerns arise.

You must complete identification and verification obligations, must not allow minors to use your account, and must not use services while intoxicated.

3 MEMBER IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

You agree to undertake identification and verification to comply with AML/CTF legislation. Information provided must be true, correct and not misleading. MintSports may suspend or close accounts, void transactions, and report matters to authorities if false or suspicious information is provided.

MintSports may use third-party IDV providers such as Green ID and may request additional certified KYC documentation where required.

4 ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity using your account, including where saved login methods are used. You must immediately notify MintSports if credentials are compromised. You are responsible for ensuring no one under 18 accesses your account.

5 MAKING A DEPOSIT OR A WITHDRAWAL

Approved payment methods may include debit card, BPAY, cheque, money order and EFT (subject to availability and restrictions). Accounts must be used for betting purposes only. MintSports may reject, reverse, investigate, suspend or close accounts and transactions where misuse, verification failure, suspicious conduct or policy breaches are identified.

Credit betting is not permitted. Interest is not paid on account balances.

6 CHARGE BACKS OR REVERSAL OF DEPOSITS

Chargebacks or cancellation of deposits must not be made without MintSports approval. MintSports may suspend accounts and investigate disputed or suspicious transactions and request source-of-funds documentation.

7 ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS

MintSports may suspend/close accounts, void transactions and report matters to law enforcement or regulators where fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected, including misuse of payment methods and arbitrage betting concerns.

8 LIVE STREAMING OF SPORTS OR RACING

Live or in-play sports betting within Australia is prohibited except where bets are taken over the telephone. Any streaming content facilitated through third parties is subject to those third-party rules and is not controlled by MintSports.

9 MINTSPORTS RIGHTS AND RELATED MATTERS

MintSports may change, cancel or restrict products and bet types at any time. MintSports maintains separate customer-funds arrangements in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations. In insolvency circumstances, handling of customer funds is governed by applicable Northern Territory law.

10 PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF BETS

All bets are deemed placed and received in the Northern Territory, Australia. MintSports may refuse, limit, suspend or cancel bets or accounts in circumstances including legal, integrity or terms-breach concerns. Bets are valid only where paid, accepted by MintSports and recorded as accepted on your account.

11 ERRORS

Where material technical, human or pricing errors occur, MintSports may correct, void, adjust or resettle affected bets in good faith, including before or after event conclusion, and may adjust account balances accordingly.

13 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are governed by Northern Territory law. Initial complaints should be directed to customer support, then management escalation, then NTRWC where unresolved. For eligible card transaction disputes (excluding betting disputes), AFCA escalation may be available.

14 INACTIVE ACCOUNT STATUS

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deemed inactive and may incur administration fees in accordance with the Terms until reactivated or balance reaches zero.

15-20 ADDITIONAL TERMS

These sections include rules on inconsistencies, force majeure, material event changes, social/community conduct, website terms of use, intellectual property, liability exclusions, and miscellaneous legal provisions including assignment, severability and electronic communication consent.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 GENERAL

These Promotional Terms apply to bonuses, promotions and proprietary betting products and must be read with the General Terms and specific promotional terms for each offer.

2 GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Promotional Offers are available only to eligible customers who meet age, account, jurisdiction and compliance requirements. MintSports may disqualify accounts where abuse, duplication, collusion, professional/arbitrage behaviour or other ineligible conduct is reasonably identified.

3 INELIGIBILITY AND IRREGULAR BETS

MintSports may refuse, cancel, void or reverse promotional participation and related bets where irregular bets or irregular betting patterns are detected.

4 LIMITS FOR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Unless otherwise specified, total benefit claimable by any customer under promotional offers may be limited to $1,000.

5 TERMS APPLYING TO SPECIFIC PROMOTIONS

Specific rules apply to Bonus Bets, Bet Match Offers, Deposit Bonus Offers, Protest Payouts, Bonus Back offers and MintSports Boosts, including eligibility, expiry windows, exclusions, turnover conditions and limits.
