1.1 This is the privacy policy (Privacy Policy) of Mintsports Pty Ltd (Mintsports, us, we, our). Mintsports takes its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) seriously. References to APP and APPs are references to the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act.
1.2 This Privacy Policy sets out how we manage your Personal Information (PI) collected through your Account, website, app, or otherwise when dealing with you.
1.3 By using the Website/App, becoming an Account Holder, providing services to us, or otherwise providing PI, you consent to collection, use and disclosure as set out in this policy.
1.4 If you disagree, do not create an account, use services or provide PI.
1.5 This policy does not apply to third-party websites/apps linked from our platforms.
1.6 We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with changes effective upon publishing.

2. Personal Information
2.1 The PI we collect depends on your dealings with us.
2.2 For account registration we may collect: name, residential address, date of birth, gender identity, email, phone, submitted preferences/usage information, bank and card information, location data, IP address, betting behaviour, and identity verification data.
2.3 For employment/contractor engagement we may collect: name, contact details, qualifications, expertise, employment history, salary and background verification information.
3. Collection Purposes
3.1 We collect PI primarily to provide services and for related secondary purposes including trading, risk, integrity, compliance, and regulatory obligations. PI may be shared with Punterstech for these purposes.
3.2 Purposes include account processing, service delivery, communications, market analysis, product improvement, legal compliance, responsible gambling, complaints/legal claims handling, recruitment, and lawful investigations.
3.3 You may deal anonymously/pseudonymously where lawful and practicable; otherwise identification may be required (including AML/CTF requirements).
4. Cookies
4.1 Cookies may collect website usage information for internal management, service improvements and regulatory requirements.
4.2 Third-party advertising tools may use cookies and action tags for effectiveness measurement, with anonymised information.
5. Direct Marketing and Opting Out
5.1 We may send promotional communications by email, SMS, phone, mail or device notification.
5.2 You can opt out anytime via support@betbuzz.au, Live Chat, or included unsubscribe mechanisms.
5.3 Operational account communications may still be sent for account/service management.
6. Management of your Personal Information

6.2 PI may be stored via third-party systems subject to maintenance, security and compliance standards.
6.3 We destroy or permanently de-identify PI when no longer required as permitted by law.

7.1 PI may be disclosed to related entities, providers, advisers, law enforcement/regulators, controlling bodies and lawful partners where required for business or legal purposes.

7.3 We take reasonable steps to ensure third parties protect PI in accordance with the Privacy Act.
8. Security of Personal Information
8.1 No internet transmission is completely secure; data is transmitted at your risk. We apply reasonable protection controls after receipt.
8.2 Employees/agents/contractors receive PI only as needed and under confidentiality obligations.
8.3 Information posted in social/public channels may become public.
8.4 We do not permit minors to open accounts and encourage parental controls.
8.5 Always log out after use, especially on shared devices.
8.6 You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
9. Access to Personal Information
9.1 You may request access via support@betbuzz.au, Live Chat, or My Account tools.
9.2 We may refuse access in limited APP circumstances and will provide reasons and complaint pathways.
10. Correction and Continuous Updating
10.1 We take reasonable steps to keep PI accurate, complete and current.
10.2 If your PI is incorrect, notify us at support@betbuzz.au or Live Chat, or update details in My Account.
